This Norwegian take on a christmas story by director Bent Hamer, premieres in cinemas today. I went to see it at a screening earlier this week, and it is truly amazing. Would recommend everyone who has the chance to go see it. It is beautifully made, delicately focusing on tender and bright aesthetics in it portrayal of heartfelt humanity. One of the best christmas films to date. (And I’m not just saying that because I’m Norwegian).
